Teacher should mix the student vigorously until he/she is so dizzy they are no longer capable of independent thought.  Stir in stress and anxiety.  When child is sufficiently downshifted, boil until creativity is removed.  Fold in prescribed curriculum, rules and time limits until bland and listless.  Each soup will be exactly the same.  Teacher will taste soup to measure success of the batch.   If not palatable, through the batch away and blame it on the ingredients.

Student should be mixed with their own ideas and experiences in an environment of active participants.  Add complex experiences covered in orchestrated immersion.  Blend well until mixture is actively processing.  Spice the stock with parents, community and other environmental influences.  Add a pinch of kindness, love, support and encouragement.  Each soup will taste completely different if not, seek advice from the child.  Student will taste his/her own soup, along with others in the environment, and together, measure success.  If student is not satisfied with the culinary experience, feel free to toss in a salad of new ingredients since the recipe is not always the best way!
